The main consideration was optimising the use of natural light & it's transition into & through the entire Ground floor, all in order to maximise & emphasize the potential use & size of your delightful property. The differing levels of sill heights from high to low helps guide the focal-point around & towards the furthest point, further enhancing & creating spacial-illusion. Thank you NGPM Builders, in particular Paddy. My USP is to provide drawings that everyone can visually understand, from my Client's perspective, to the Planners & ultimately the Builder who can make a literal assessment of quantities etc. for quotation purposes. My work ethic has always been that the Client is >>Paramount<< in the whole equation. Everyone should be able to understand & "see" the finished outcome from the Drawings. From inception ideas & until to the Drawings are completed & "approved", but also to be a truly recognisable visual representation for Planning Public Consultation process, which effectively means how the Design will 'fit' & work sympathetically within it's environment. My Clients may only have one opportunity to achieve this goal & one that suits all and every Partie involved. I take a maximum of two projects per month on a ONE-TO-ONE Architectural PLANS+PLANNING basis & so consequently I am not distracted by all manner of other projects 'on the horizon'.
